Getting to Our Depot
Our Kingston depot is located in the Logan industrial area with easy access from the Pacific Motorway (M1) and Logan Motorway (M2). If you are visiting our premises for freight collection or delivery, please note the following:
- Enter via Eurora Street off Kingston Road
- Our unit is 2 at 25-27 Eurora Street — signage is visible from the street
- Truck access is available via the rear driveway
- Visitor parking is available at the front of the premises
- Please report to the office upon arrival
If you are collecting goods or dropping off freight, we recommend calling ahead to ensure your consignment is ready and dock space is available. This helps avoid unnecessary waiting time.

How quickly can you provide a quote?
Most quotes are returned within 2-4 hours during business hours. For complex multi-service requirements, we may need up to 24 hours to prepare a comprehensive proposal.
Do you offer same-day pickup?
Yes. For bookings received before 12:00 PM on business days, same-day collection is generally available within the Greater Brisbane metropolitan area. Availability depends on vehicle scheduling for the day.
What are your payment terms?
Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date for approved account customers. New customers may be required to pay on booking until a credit account is established. We accept bank transfer, cheque, and credit card payments.
Do you provide insurance for goods in transit?
Yes. All goods transported by F&T Freight are covered under our carrier's liability insurance during transit. For high-value consignments or goods requiring specific coverage levels, additional transit insurance can be arranged upon request.
Can I track my delivery?
All consignments are tracked via GPS. You can contact our operations team at any time during business hours for a real-time status update on your shipment. Automated delivery notifications are also available.
What if the delivery address is unattended?
If no authorised person is available to receive the delivery, our driver will contact our operations team to determine next steps. Options include attempting redelivery later, delivering to an alternative address, or returning goods to our depot for collection. Authority-to-leave instructions can be provided in advance if appropriate.
Do you handle dangerous goods?
We transport certain classes of dangerous goods subject to regulatory requirements, appropriate vehicle licensing, and driver qualifications. Please contact us with the specific UN number and class of your dangerous goods for confirmation of our capability.
