Multi-Drop Delivery

Many businesses need goods delivered to multiple locations on the same day. Our multi-drop service is optimised for efficiency — delivering to several addresses on a single run while keeping each delivery within its required time window.

We use route planning technology to sequence deliveries in the most efficient order, reducing fuel consumption and ensuring all drops are completed on schedule. Whether you need to supply five retail stores across Brisbane or deliver materials to ten construction sites, our multi-drop service handles the complexity while you focus on your core business.

Proof of delivery is captured at each drop point, giving you confirmation that every recipient has received their goods. If any delivery point is inaccessible or the receiver is unavailable, our driver contacts operations immediately to determine the appropriate course of action — whether that is attempting redelivery later in the day or returning the goods to base.

Delivery Notifications

We keep you and your customers informed throughout the delivery process. Automated notifications can be configured to provide updates at key milestones including dispatch from depot, estimated arrival time, and delivery completion confirmation. These notifications can be sent via email to the consignee or to your nominated contacts.

Vehicle Fleet for Local Deliveries

• Tail-lift equipped vehicles: Essential for deliveries to addresses without loading docks — retail stores, offices, residential, and construction sites

Vehicle selection is based on your consignment size, delivery point access constraints, and any special handling requirements. Our operations team allocates the most appropriate vehicle to optimise both cost efficiency and service quality for each delivery run.

Time-Window Deliveries

Many businesses require deliveries within specific time windows — retail stores may only accept deliveries before trading hours, construction sites have crane availability at set times, and distribution centres allocate receiving dock slots. Common time-window options include:

• Before 7:00 AM — pre-trading delivery for retail and hospitality
• AM window (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM) — standard morning delivery
